Church directory fundraisers are a fantastic way to raise funds for organizations and a wonderful addition to every church.

The church directory fundraiser process is similar, but not the same, to family portrait fundraising. Volunteers offer certificates to members of your church for a full color 8x10" family portrait and a church directory free in return for a $10 donation to your organization. Bonuses do not apply in the fundraising of church directories. You keep the entire profits made from certificates. A limit of one certificate for a portrait special may be sold per household.

You will choose two highly motivated coordinators to handle the scheduling and organization (these two coordinators earn their 12-sheet portrait package completely free - a $349.95 value!). The pastor, or leader of your church also earns his/her 12-sheet portrait package free. Our professional photographers will travel to your location on your selected photography date(s) and photograph the families that have purchased certificates for the portrait special, and approximately two weeks later we will return to bring your pictures back. Anyone that sells ten certificates may also receive their 12-sheet portrait package free (a value of $349.95), given the ten families show up on the day of the photography session and the portrait viewing.

Our professionally trained photographers will also take several extra photos of you and your family that you will be able to view and have the option to purchase on the selected viewing date. Our company guarantees that we have no high pressure sales tactics, and there is absolutely no obligation to buy extra portraits.

We provide 20% more extra church directories for church use (if 100 families are photographed, we provide 20 extra directories). Your church may also submit up to 4 pages (2 pages front and back) of extra photos from special events, etc. to be added to the church directory. A minimum of 60 families must be photographed to conduct a church directory fundraiser.

Five Simple Steps to Your Fundraiser:

1. CALL 1-877-387-5888 and receive your free portrait starter package, with everything you need to know about starting a picture fundraiser. We send you all supplies (information to start the photography fundraising process, sample pictures, schedules, certificates, etc.) completely free.
2. Start selling your certificates to members of your community. Collect the money and return it to your coordinators. This money goes entirely to your organization's funds.
3. Schedule your photography date. Your photography date should be about 4-6 weeks after the time you start selling certificates.
4. On the scheduled photography date(s), your photographer will come to your location and take pictures of every family that is scheduled to be photographed.
5. A sales representative will come to your location about two weeks after the photography date to bring in your portrait specials. Additional pictures will also be available to purchase.
